Figma provides a browser-based platform for teams to design, prototype, and collaborate in real time on digital products such as websites and applications.[10][14] Its core offerings focus on user interface and user experience design, enabling multi-user editing, feedback, and handoff workflows in a single shared environment.[10][14] The company serves a global customer base across design, product, and engineering teams and has grown rapidly in recent years, reporting 1,886 employees as of December 31, 2025 and over 1,600 employees globally in subsequent communications.[4][5][9][15] Figma went public on the New York Stock Exchange and continues to expand its workforce and product capabilities for the collaborative design software market.[9][11]
