About
Tako is an AI platform for HR, People Operations, and labor law compliance in Brazil, built around two products on the same infrastructure: Payroll & People Ops and Recruiter. Tako Payroll & People Ops replaces your payroll and HR system, running the full worker journey, admissions, payroll, vacations, terminations and benefits, with real-time calculations and native eSocial integration. Tako Recruiter connects to your existing ATS and interviews every qualified candidate, feeding it with ready-to-decide scorecards. Built for scale-ups and enterprises alike, with enterprise-grade security, multi-CNPJ support, and full audit trails, Tako helps top Brazilian companies reduce rework, speed up decisions, and give HR, People and Finance teams full control over their operations.
