About

The Muse is a values-based careers site that helps Gen Z and millennial candidates find a career path and search for jobs at companies whose people, benefits, and values align with their unique professional needs. For employers, our marketplace results in a more efficient hiring process that results in better "matches" - and therefore better retention.
