Today, that means the Microsoft ecosystem: we implement Dynamics 365 Business Central, move companies off retiring systems like Dynamics GP and NAV, and run custom AI agents inside the ERP as a managed service. Agents carry the mechanical work: configuration, data migration, test cycles, and documentation. It is like having a consultant, project manager, and developer working 24/7. Principal consultants who have delivered 200+ implementations across 20+ years in ERP systems scope the work and sign every gate, so customers get a fixed price quoted at scoping and a go-live measured in weeks, in an industry that runs six to eighteen months on hourly billing. After go-live, the agents stay. Reconciliations, exception monitoring, reporting, and collections run as a managed service, reviewed against KPIs agreed at scoping. The delivery engine is built in-house.
