Bio

Co-founder & CEO of Skillsync. I helped take an open-source Rust project from zero to 30k+ GitHub stars and saw firsthand how many world-class engineers are hiding in the long tail of open source. My background is at the intersection of engineering, product, and organizational psychology. Software is a team sport and I'm building Skillsync to bring the best out of engineering teams!
