Bio

Andrew is an entrepreneur and angel investor. He's the founder and CEO of Agora Intelligence, makers of Tilt — an open standard for rules-based investment methodology. Prior to Tilt, he co-founded Delphia, an investment collective where people pooled data to access investment strategies. Delphia built and sold a systematic hedge fund (to Acadian) alongside other investment technologies using ML.
