Bio

Igino Cafiero is the founder and CEO of Bear Flag Robotics, a company developing autonomous driving technology for farm tractors, which was acquired by John Deere in 2021.[1][5][6][15] Prior to founding Bear Flag Robotics in 2017, he was one of the first ten engineers at Insieme Networks, later acquired by Cisco, and then worked as a product manager at Cisco Systems.[3][6][10][11][13] He holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School.[3][6][11][13]
