Bio
Reshma Shetty co-founded Ginkgo Bioworks in 2008 and has served in senior leadership roles there, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Her background is in synthetic biology, with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah and a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from MIT. She has also been noted for her early work in iGEM and for helping build Ginkgo into a major organism design company.
