Jonathan is the CEO of Resonance. Before Resonance, he worked at DoorDash on a voice AI to automatically place customer orders over the phone. Prior to DoorDash, he worked at Dropbox to help build an internal in-product messaging platform that generated $100 million ARR. Prior to Dropbox, he worked at Microsoft helping build a platform that enabled doctors and patients to meet virtually using Microsoft Teams.
