Zach Sims is an American entrepreneur who co-founded Codecademy in 2011 and served as its CEO, leading the online coding education platform to tens of millions of users worldwide and a $525M acquisition by Skillsoft. He subsequently joined Skillsoft’s executive leadership as CEO of Codecademy and GM of Technology and Developer before transitioning to work as a founder, angel investor, and advisor. He has been based in New York and started Codecademy while a student at Columbia University.
