Bio

I am a psychologist who have worked in research into stress, the social work environment, sleep, health and turnover intent, as well as clinically. I have been part of running a specialist clinic rehabilitating persons with (work) stress related exhaustion/clinical burnout, and I have treated early stress warning signs with ACT and CBT therapy. I also have worked in stress prevention, in applied research projects, by giving workshops and lectures, and publishing self-help books.
