Spike Lipkin is the co-founder and CEO of Newfront, a modern commercial insurance brokerage and technology-driven insurance platform. Prior to founding Newfront in 2017, he was one of the first employees at Opendoor, helping grow the company from a five-person startup into a multibillion-dollar business, and earlier worked as an investor at Blackstone on the team that built Invitation Homes into the largest owner of single-family real estate in the United States.[2][6][9][15] In 2026, following WTW's acquisition of Newfront, he also took on the role of Chief AI Officer at WTW.[1][10][14]
