Jasmine Uniza is the CEO and co-founder of Impact Reality and Flat2VR Studios, a subsidiary of Impact Reality. With a strong background in engineering and program management, Jasmine previously served as a Technical Program Manager at Oculus/Meta, overseeing VR hardware development, and at Apple, managing iPhone Operations. She also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing to space robotics and Navy Aircraft Carriers. Jasmine holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Program Management Certification from UCLA, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego. In addition to her leadership roles, Jasmine is a recognized thought leader in the XR space through her personal brand, VR with Jasmine, on YouTube and TikTok. Her engaging content, featuring AR/VR product reviews and industry insights, has attracted tens of millions of views, solidifying her influence in the XR community.
