By 19, I had already graduated computer science at UCLA and shipped software to millions of people at Netflix and Figma. I then built one of the fastest growing LinkedIn accounts in the world (in recruiting) with over 110k+ followers and 3M+ monthly impressions. After that, I quit my $300k+ job at Figma to shadow a major recruiting agency and learn everything about how they operate.
