Bio
YC founder (Earbits, W11) with an exit and investor in 400+ YC companies. I started as a musician, co-founded Earbits to solve music promotion challenges, and led it through YC to acquisition. Since then, I’ve backed hundreds of startups and now lead First Peak Ventures to support the next generation of founders.
