Christopher Morton is the Co‑Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Cognito, an identity verification and anti‑fraud solution for online transactions that originated as BlockScore and is now part of Plaid. He has led Cognito since around 2013–2014, helping build phone‑number‑based identity verification and compliance products for digital finance. Prior to Cognito he founded and led companies such as Core and Cube, and he is also active as an angel investor.
