Terms of Service

Atlas is a directory of startups, founders, funding rounds, and investors built from public sources, with tools to search it, match companies to a product, and keep lists. AI assistants can use the same tools through the MCP server after you sign in and approve them.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account, including actions an assistant you connected takes on your behalf, such as creating, changing, or deleting lists. You can disconnect an assistant in Settings at any time.

• Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or resell the directory outside the export features.
• Do not use the data to send spam or to harass anyone listed in it.
• Do not try to bypass plan limits, access other accounts, or disrupt the service.
• Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy law.

Every fact links to the public page it came from, but sources change and can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Some features have monthly limits on the free plan. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Lists, notes, and imports you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent the law allows, Phoenix Horizon, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Atlas at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
